AST Exhibits worked with the production designer to realize the stage, sets, and props. This was an outdoor event and the weather was typically very windy which made safely loading in the large set pieces a challenge. The stage was typically about 2500 square feet in size with multiple levels. Coordinate with the television production team to accommodate everyone’s needs in a very tight production schedule.
